အပူပိုင္း မုန္တိုင္း KAI-TAK(14W) လမ္းေၾကာင္း ေတာင္ဘက္သို႔ ေရြ ႔လာ

ၾသဂုတ္လ ၁၆ ရက္ - ျမန္မာစံေတာ္ခ်ိန္ နံနက္ ၀၆၃၀ နာရီ NRL data မ်ားအရ အပူပိုင္းမုန္တိုင္း      KAI-TAK(14W)    အဆင့္-၁ တိုင္ဖြန္းမုန္တိုင္း ျဖစ္လာၿပီး လမ္းေၾကာင္းမွာလည္း ေတာင္ဘက္သို႕ အနည္းငယ္ေရြ႕သြားသျဖင့္ တရုတ္ျပည္ေတာင္ပိုင္း ေဟာင္ေကာင္မကာအို တို႕အျပင္ ဟိုင္နန္ကၽြန္းႏွင့္ ဗီယက္နန္ႏိုင္ငံ ေျမာက္ပိုင္းတို႕လည္း မုန္တိုင္းဒဏ္ခံရဘြယ္ရွိေနပါသည္။
တိုင္ဖြန္းမုန္တိုင္း KAI-TAK သည္ ေဟာင္ေကာင္ အေရွ႕ေတာင္ဘက္ မိုင္ ၂၉၀ ခန္႕၊ ဖိလစ္ပိုင္ႏိုင္ Baguio City ၏ အေနာက္ေျမာက္ဘက္ ၂၁၅ မိုင္ခန္႕ အကြာ ေတာင္တရုတ္ပင္လယ္တြင္ ဗဟိုျပဳေနၿပီး အေနာက္ေျမာက္ဘက္သို႕ ဆက္လက္ေရြ႕လ်ားမည္ဟု ခန္႕မွန္းထားပါသည္။

KAI-TAK (HELEN) is expected to move generally WNW-ward throughout the forecast period, with some fluctations in its forward speed. On the forecast track, the core of KAI-TAK will continue to move across the West Philippine Sea/South China Sea today until Friday morning and will make landfall just east of the Leizhou Peninsula, Western Guangdong on Friday afternoon. This system will start to move inland across Southwestern China Friday evening through Sunday.
