ဇန္န၀ါရီလ ၄ ရက္ေန႔က ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္သမၼတႀကီးလက္ထက္မွာ ျပန္လည္က်င္းပေပးခဲ့တဲ့ ဗိုလ္႐ႈခံသဘင္ အခမ္းအနားကို တီဗီြကေန Live Show ၾကည့္ရတာအင္မတန္မွကို က်က္သေရရွိလွပါတယ္။

တပ္မေတာ္သားေတြ၊ ျပည္သူ႔ရဲေတြ၊ မီးသတ္၀န္ထမ္းေတြ၊ ၀န္ႀကီးဌာနေတြ၊ တိုင္းႏွင့္ျပည္နယ္အသီးသီးက ကိုယ္စား လွယ္ေတြနဲ႔ ကင္းေထာက္ လူငယ္ေတြ အင္အားစုစုေပါင္း ၇၂၀၀ ေက်ာ္နဲ႔ အခမ္းအနားကို ပါ၀င္ ခ်ီတက္ၿပီး ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ရဲ႕ဥေသွ်ာင္ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ သမၼတႀကီးကို ခ်ီတက္အေလးျပဳေနတာ တစ္သက္မွာ တစ္ခါပဲျမင္ေတြ႕ရတဲ့ အခြင့္အေရးတစ္ခုအျဖစ္ မိမိကိုယ္မိမိ လည္း အင္မတန္မွေက်နပ္အားရမိပါတယ္။ ၾကည္း၊ ေရ၊ ေလ စစ္တီး၀ိုင္းေတြက ၿမိဳင္ဆိုင္လွသလို ခ်ီတက္အေလးျပဳတဲ့ စစ္ေၾကာင္းမ်ားႏွင့္အတူ တပ္မေတာ္ ေလရဲ႕ ရဟတ္ယာဥ္မ်ားက ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္အလံကို သယ္ေဆာင္ပံ်သန္းတာေတြ၊ သယ္ယူ ပို႔ေဆာင္ေရးေလယာဥ္မ်ား၊ တိုက္ခိုက္ေရးေလယာဥ္မ်ား အုပ္စုဖဲြ႔ပ်ံသန္းအေလးျပဳတာေတြ Coloured Smoke မ်ားနဲ႔ Formation အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးျပဳလုပ္ပ်ံသန္းအေလးျပဳတာေတြဟာ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္သမၼတႀကီးအေပၚမွာ တပ္မေတာ္နဲ႔ ျပည္သူ မ်ားရဲ႕ ေလးစားတန္ဖိုးထားမႈမ်ားအျဖစ္ စိတ္ထဲယခုထိစဲြၿမဲေနဆဲျဖစ္ပါသည္။ အခ်ိန္ကိုက္စနစ္တက် စီစဥ္မႈႏွင့္အတူ သံခ်ပ္ကာယႏၱရားတပ္ဖဲြ႕မွ သံခ်ပ္ကာယာဥ္မ်ား၊ အေျမာက္ တပ္ဖဲြ႕မွ အေျမာက္ယာဥ္မ်ား၊ ဒုံးယာဥ္မ်ား၊ ေလေၾကာင္းရန္ ကာကြယ္ေရးတပ္ဖဲြ႕မွ ယာဥ္မ်ားရဲ႕ ခ်ီတက္ အေလးျပဳမႈ ဟာလည္း အင္မတန္ကို စိတ္ဓာတ္တက္ၾကြစရာ ေကာင္းလွပါ တယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္အပါအ၀င္ တီဗီြဖန္သားျပင္ေပၚမွာ ၾကည့္႐ႈေနရတဲ့ ျပည္သူေတြ အေနနဲ႔ တပ္မေတာ္ဆိုတာ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္တြင္ ဒီလိုအဆင့္ရွိေနပါလား ဆိုတဲ့ အားကိုးရတဲ့စိတ္ဓာတ္ေတြ တဖြားဖြားေပၚလာေစေအာင္ လွပတဲ့ျမင္ကြင္း တစ္ခုအျဖစ္ ခံစားမိတယ္လို႔ထင္ပါတယ္။ ဗိုလ္႐ႈခံရင္ျပင္မွာ ကိုယ္တိုင္ကိုယ္က် တက္ေရာက္ခြင့္ရတဲ့ ျပည္သူေတြ အေနနဲ႔ကေတာ့ အင္မတန္မွကုသိုလ္ကံႀကီးမားတဲ့ အခြင့္အေရးကိုရရွိခဲ့တာဘဲလို႔ မွတ္ယူခ်င္ ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔လို တပ္မေတာ္သားေတြကိုယ္တိုင္ေတာင္မွ မ်က္ျမင္ေတြ႕ရွိခြင့္မရႏိုင္တဲ့ ဒီအခြင့္အေရးကိုရရွိသြားပါလားဆိုၿပီး မုဒိတာ လည္းပြားမိပါတယ္။ ဒီလိုႀကီးက်ယ္ျမင့္ျမတ္တဲ့အခမ္းအနား မွာ တပ္မေတာ္ရဲ႕သစၥာရွိမႈ၊ တာ၀န္ေက်ပြန္မႈ၊ တာ၀န္ယူမႈ ႏွင့္ တာ၀န္ခံမႈေတြကိုလည္း အျပည့္အ၀ ေတြ႕ျမင္ရတဲ့အတြက္ တပ္မေတာ္သားတစ္ေယာက္အေနနဲ႔ အင္မတန္မွကို ဂုဏ္ယူမိပါတယ္။

စစ္ေရးျပအခမ္းအနားႀကီးၿပီးသြားေတာ့ ဘဲြ႕ထူးဂုဏ္ထူးေပးတဲ့အခမ္းအနားကို ဆက္ၿပီးျပသခ်ိန္မွာ ၾကည့္ လိုက္ ရတဲ့ ကြ်န္ေတာ့္အတြက္ ေဖာ္မျပႏိုင္တဲ့ ခံစားမႈမ်ိဳးႏွင့္အတူ မ်က္ရည္စို႔ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ အတြက္ အသက္ စြန္႔ခဲ့ရတဲ့ အရာရွိ/စစ္သည္မ်ားရဲ႕ ကိုယ္စား မိဘေမာင္ႏွမႏွင့္ ဇနီးသည္မ်ားက ဒီဘဲြ႕ထူး ဂုဏ္ထူးေတြ တက္ယူတာကို ေတြ႕ရတဲ့ျမင္ကြင္းေၾကာင့္ ဂုဏ္ယူစိတ္၊ ၀မ္းသာစိတ္၊ ၀မ္းနည္းစိတ္တို႔ကို တစ္ၿပိဳင္နက္ျဖစ္ေပၚခံစားခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္သမၼတႀကီးကိုယ္တိုင္ ဒီလိုကိုယ္တိုင္ကိုယ္က် ခ်ီးျမွင့္ေပးခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ ေက်းဇူးအထူးတင္ရွိေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကား လိုပါတယ္။

ဒါေပမယ့္ ဘဲြ႕ထူးဂုဏ္ထူးရရွိခဲ့တဲ့ အရာရွိ/စစ္သည္မ်ားဟာ ၂၀၁၂၊ ၂၀၁၃ ခုႏွစ္က တိုက္ပဲြေတြမွာ ထူးခၽြန္ ေျပာင္ေျမာက္စြာ ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့တဲ့သူမ်ား ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ သူတို႔အေနနဲ႔ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ရဲ႕အခ်ဳပ္အျခာ အာဏာ အတြက္ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ အသက္ကိုစြန္႔လႊတ္ၿပီး စြမ္းစြမ္းတမံေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့ၾကသူမ်ားျဖစ္ၾကပါတယ္။ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ စြန္႔လႊတ္ စြန္႔စားမႈအတြက္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔စစ္သားေတြရဲ႕ ရင္ထဲမွာ၊ မိသားစုေတြရဲ႕ရင္ထဲမွာ ဒီေန႔အထိ ပူေႏြးစူးရွစြာ ခံစားေနရဆဲပါ။ ယေန႔ထိ မ်က္ရည္သြင္သြင္ စီးက်ေနၾကရဆဲပါ။ တကယ္ေတာ့ သူတို႔ကို ယခင္ႏွစ္ေတြတည္းက မခ်ီးျမွင့္ေပးႏိုင္ခဲ့တာကိုေတာ့ စိတ္မေကာင္းျဖစ္မိတာအမွန္ပါ။ စြန္႔လႊတ္စြန္႔စားမႈကို အသိမွတ္ျပဳမေပးႏိုင္ခဲ့ တာကိုလည္း စိတ္အားငယ္ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ အစိုးရက ဥေပကၡာျပဳထားတယ္လို႔ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ကိုယ္တိုင္ခံစားခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ ဒါဟာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔စစ္သားတိုင္း ခံစား ေနရတဲ့ ခံစားခ်က္ တစ္ခုပါ။

အဲဒီ ၂၀၁၂၊ ၂၀၁၃ ခုႏွစ္ကာလေတြဟာ တိုက္ပဲြေတြ သိပ္ကိုျပင္းထန္ခဲ့တဲ့ ကာလတစ္ခုပါ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ စစ္သားေတြဟာ ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္နဲ႔ ျပည္သူေတြအတြက္ အခ်ဳပ္အျခာအာဏာကို ထိန္းသိမ္းကာကြယ္မယ္ဆိုတဲ့ ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္ကိုခ်စ္တဲ့စိတ္ တစ္ခုတည္းနဲ႔ တိုက္ပြဲ၀င္ေနၾကတာပါ။ တိုင္းျပည္အတြက္ အရာရာကိုေပးဆပ္ဘို႔ ဆံုးျဖတ္ထားၾကသူ ေတြပါ။ ျမတ္ေသာေသျခင္းႏွင့္အတူ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ အသက္ေတြဆံုးရံႈးသြားမွာကိုလည္း ဘယ္ေတာ့မွမေၾကာက္ခဲ့ၾက ပါဘူး။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔လိုခ်င္တာက ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္ရဲ႕ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳမႈ တစ္ခုတည္း ရယ္ပါ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ အဲ့ဒီတုန္းက ဒီလို အသိအမွတ္ျပဳမႈမရရွိခဲ့တာကို အရမ္း၀မ္းနည္းမိပါတယ္။ တပ္မေတာ္က လူႀကီးေတြ ရွင္းျပလို႔သိခဲ့ရတာကေတာ့

ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္အစိုးရ အေနနဲ႔ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးလုပ္ေဆာင္ေနတဲ့ ကာလမို႔လို႔ဒီလိုဘဲြ႕ထူးဂုဏ္ထူးေတြနဲ႔ အသိ အမွတ္ျပဳေပးလိုက္ ရင္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးထိခိုက္သြားမွာစိုးလို႔ဆိုၿပီး နားလည္ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ စစ္သားေတြျဖစ္လို႔ အသက္ေတာင္စြန္႔စားထားၿပီးၿပီ ဆိုၿပီး ကိုယ့္ကိုကိုယ္ေျဖသိမ့္၊ အံႀကိတ္လို႔ငိုခဲ့ရတဲ့ ရက္ေတြမနည္းခဲ့ပါဘူး၊ ကာယကံရွင္ေတြရဲ႕ ဇနီးသားသမီးနဲ႔ မိဘ ေမာင္ႏွမမ်ားဘက္ကို ခံစားၾကည့္မယ္ဆိုရင္၊ ခံစားတတ္ခဲ့ရင္ ဘယ္ေလာက္ေကာင္းလိုက္မလဲလို႔ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ တစ္ေတြ ၀မ္းနည္းစြာ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ခဲ့ၾကရတာပါ။

အဲဒီတုန္းကဦးေအာင္မင္းဆိုသူကလည္း ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ တပ္မေတာ္သားေတြ အစဥ္တစိုက္ရြတ္ဆို လာခဲ့ၾက တဲ့ သစၥာ ၄ ခ်က္ထဲက “ငါတို႔သည္ က်ဆံုးေလၿပီးေသာ တပ္မေတာ္သားတို႔၏ သစၥာကိုေစာင့္သိ႐ိုေသ ပါမည္” ဆိုတဲ့ အခ်က္ကို ျဖဳတ္သင့္တယ္လို႔ေျပာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ တပ္မေတာ္သားေတြရဲ႕ ရင္ကိုဓါးနဲ႔မႊန္းသလို တစ္ဆစ္ဆစ္နာေအာင္ ခံစား ရပါတယ္။ သူ႔ရဲ႕ ေပၚပင္လုပ္ၿပီးေျပာခဲ့တဲ့စကားေၾကာင့္ တပ္မေတာ္သား အားလံုးရဲ႕ ခ်ဥ္ဖက္ျဖစ္သြားတာကို သူမသိဘူး၊တပ္မေတာ္သားအားလံုးရဲ႕ စိတ္ဓာတ္ကိုဖ်က္လိုဖ်က္ဆီးျပဳ ေနတဲ့ တပ္မေတာ္ရဲ႕သစၥာေဖာက္ျဖစ္သြားတဲ့ သူ႔ကိုဇာတ္သိမ္း ေကာင္းပါေစလို႔ပဲ ဆုေတာင္းမိပါတယ္။

သို႔ေသာ္လည္း အခုကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ကို ဒုတိယသမၼတႀကီး ေဒါက္တာစိုင္းေမာက္ခမ္းနဲ႔တဲြၿပီး လြတ္လပ္ေရးေန႔ မွာ ဘဲြ႕ထူးဂုဏ္ထူးေတြေပးလာေတာ့ အရမ္းေက်းဇူးတင္ၾကရတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ေသရတာ အလကားေသရတာ မဟုတ္ဘူး၊ တိုင္းျပည္အတြက္ စြန္႔လႊတ္ရတာ၊ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ငါတို႔ကို အသိအမွတ္ျပဳခံရၿပီ ဆိုၿပီး ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ စိတ္ဓာတ္ေတြ ျပန္လည္တက္ႂကြခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ ဘဲြထူးဂုဏ္ထူးရသူေတြရဲ႕ ဓါတ္ပံုေတြကို ၾကည့္ပါ ၁၁ ဦးကို ခ်ီးျမွင့္ရာမွာ အသက္ရွင္ၿပီး က်န္ရစ္သူ ၂ ဦးသာရွိၿပီး က်န္ေသာသူေတြဟာ က်ဆံုး သူေတြရဲ႕ကိုယ္စားတက္ယူခဲ့ရေသာ မိသားစု၀င္ေတြျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီဆုကိုတက္ယူေနတဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ မိသားစု ၀င္ေတြ အေနနဲ႔ ၀မ္းနည္းတာေရာ ဂုဏ္ယူတာေရာ တစ္ၿပိဳင္တည္း ခံစားေနၾကရ မွာပါ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္လည္း ၾကည့္ရင္းနဲ႔ ၾကည္ႏူးျခင္း၊ ၀မ္းနည္းျခင္းတို႔ႏွင့္အတူ မ်က္ရည္၀ိုင္းမိပါတယ္။ ဦးေအာင္မင္း အေနနဲ႔ေရာ ဒီလူေတြကို အသိအမွတ္ျပဳႏိုင္မလားလို႔ေမးခ်င္ပါတယ္။ ေျပာမယ့္သာေျပာရတာပါ ရဲေဘာ္ ရဲဘက္စိတ္ ေပ်ာက္ဆံုးေနတဲ့ ဦးေအာင္မင္းလို လူအတြက္ကေတာ့ သစၥာတရားဆိုတာရွိခ်င္မွလည္း ရွိေတာ့မွာပါ။

ဘယ္သူေတြဘယ္လိုပဲေျပာေနၾကပါေစ သမၼတႀကီးအေနနဲ႔ အခုလိုမ်ိဳး အသက္ခႏၶာေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ၊ ဘ၀ေပါင္း မ်ားစြာကို စြန္႔လႊတ္စေတးခဲ့ၾကတဲ့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ရဲ႕ ရဲေဘာ္ရဲဘက္ေတြ၊ တပ္မေတာ္သားေတြကို အသိ အမွတ္ျပဳေပး ခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ ဂုဏ္ယူစိတ္၊ ေက်းဇူးတင္စိတ္ေတြ အတိုင္းအဆမရွိျဖစ္ခဲ့ရ ပါတယ္။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ တပ္မေတာ္သား ေတြရဲ႕ အေသြးထဲ၊ အသားထဲ၊ စိတ္ထဲက မ်ိဳးခ်စ္စိတ္နဲ႔ သစၥာတရားဟာ ႏိုင္ငံတာ္နဲ႔ တပ္မေတာ္အတြက္ ဆိုရင္ အျမဲတမ္းအသင့္ရွိေနမွာပါ။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ တပ္မေတာ္နဲ႔ တပ္မေတာ္သားအားလံုးဟာ ဘယ္အေျခအေန ေရာက္ေရာက္ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ရဲ႕ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္၊ တပ္မေတာ္နဲ႔၊ ႏိုင္ငံသား ေတြအတြက္ဆိုရင္ အသက္ကိုပင္ စြန္႔လႊတ္ဖို႔ အသင့္ရွိေနတယ္ဆိုတာကို တင္ျပလိုပါတယ္ သမၼတႀကီးခင္ဗ်ား။

စစ္မင္းႏိုင္

Thanks, Mr. President,

It is very graceful watching the ceremony of Grand Military Review holding again in the tenure of the President on the fourth January. Over 7500 people including soldiers, polices, firefighters, Government Employee, the representatives from regions and states and Myanmar Scouts participate and march to salute the President is the very hardly chance to see in my life and I am very satisfied. As the Band troops of Army, Navy and Air Forces play attractively, with the troops marching and saluting, helicopters of Air Force carry the national flag and transportation aircrafts and fighters fly in formation and have coloured smoke and various formations are showing the respect and appreciation upon the President. With well-planned and timing up, marching of armored vehicles from Armored Corps, Self-propelled Guns from Artillery, and missiles from Air Defense Force makes me impressive. Including me, as nations who are watching on television the ceremony can see the status of the Myanmar Armed Forces and this is the sight which they want to rely on the army. I want to assume that People who can join the ceremony get the great chance. I want to rejoice their prosperity because they got the chance to participate personally that we soldiers cannot get. At this ceremony, I am very proud of the Armed Forces as I can see the fully loyalty, responsibility, and accountability of Myanmar Defense Services.

After the ceremony, the continued scene which was awarding titles to the soldiers who were fought valiently made me indescribable feeling. Because of the scene, parents and siblings taking the Titles who are representative for the fallen soldiers, I felt pride, happiness and sadness at the same time. And also I want to thank Mr. President as he awarded the Titles by himself.

But the officers and soldiers were just the ones who fought in the battles bravely during 2012 and 2013. They were working for the nations’ sovereignty at risk. To their run the risk, the heart our soldiers and families are still feeling the prickliness. They are still in flood of tears. Actually I am very sorry for that they could not have such award for years. I am very sorry for failed to regard their risk. This must be the same feeling of all our soldiers.

During 2012 and 2013, these were the arduous periods. We, soldiers, fought only for the intention to protect the sovereignty of the State at risk. They decided to abandon all the things for the State. With the noble deceased, we were never afraid of it. What we want is just the regard of the State. However, at that time, we could not have such regarding and I am really sorry for that case. According to the leaders of Armed Forces, they could not award such Titles because of the period that was trying to have the peace hardly. I could accept that reason. We had to console ourselves and grit our teeth for days as we are the soldiers who had already given our lives and souls. But if it will be very graceful, there is the sympathy from the most concerned persons’ point of view. We hoped for it sorrowfully.

At that time, U Aung Min suggested to left one of the four Oaths “We will be Loyal to the fallen Comrades”, that we are declamatory for the long period. This word makes us feel like making shallow incisions. But he did not know that he became the rotten egg of the whole Armed Force because of his words. I want to pray for him that he could have a happy ending who is trying to destroy all of the soldiers’ spirit.

However, we are very graceful for awarding the Titles together with Vice-President Doctor Sai Mount Kham. Our sacrifice would not be worthless. We gave up our souls for our Nation. So we got the regard and we were active again. On the photos of the eleven persons who were awarded the Titles, only two people alive and the others were the families of the fallen Comrades. While they were receiving the awards, I am sure that they will feel sorrow and pride at the same time. As for me, I feel like them in the same way. I want to ask U Aung Min whether he could regard those people. I am not sure he will have the sense of truth who have already lost the comradeship.

Whatever they said, I am much appreciated to the President for regarding our Comrades who are sacrifice their countless souls and lives. Our, soldiers’, soldiering spirit, patriotism and nationalism in our flesh and blood are ready to serve for the State and the Armed Forces. I want to put up Mr. President that we are ready to sacrifice our lives for the State, Armed Forces and the nations in which situation.
